Chinese martial arts training is not only about learning fighting techniques, but rather seeks to improve the whole person. Traditional martial arts are a way of life, a code of conduct that guides one to lead a healthy life with values such as respect and self-discipline.
STRENGTHEN YOUR PERSONALITY AND YOUR HEALTH
KUNGFU kids (6 to 10 years)
This activity is designed so that the child develops their ability of AWARENESS OF THE BODY and the environment that surrounds them, through psychomotor exercises, games and kungfu techniques to learn to resolve conflicts consciously and effectively, using non-competitive values of Chinese martial arts.
KUNG-FU youth (10 to 13 years old)
The Kung-fu activity is focused on learning the techniques of the Choy Li Fut Kungfu system. A dynamic system that develops hand and kick techniques, with animal movements and Chinese weapons.
The classes are structured into a physical development part with team games, which develop group and cooperation values and psychomotor and elasticity exercises specific to each age. Kung-fu techniques are also taught to introduce the child to self-defence techniques, exercises with wooden sticks and Chinese daggers so that they acquire coordination and skill.
For the older ones, combat techniques exercises are carried out, without the objective of competing, but rather to better develop fighting skills.
