Nowadays, most grappling styles have their roots in Chinese systems and Chin Na (Qin Na) techniques.
Baguazhang, created by the famous master Dong Hai Chuan contains many of these Chin Na techniques. And the Gao style is one of the styles famous for his martial applications and development, which has inspired numerous grappling styles.
Through Baguazhang you will improve flexibility, agility, relaxation, and vitality. And as fighting systems, you will learn principles such as "taking advantage of the opponent's strength to your advantage" and the mechanical laws of movements in the application of self-defence.
The Baguazhang school that I represent is the master Cheong Shing Tang, the highest exponent of the Gao style in Hong Kong.
Master CS Tang, in addition to being a great master of Baguazhang, is a great expert in other internal martial arts and in its methodology, so he introduces his students to the Xingyiquan of the Hebei style to achieve greater martial effectiveness in a short time. In our classes we combine both styles, Xingyi to develop structure and internal strength and Baguazhang for flexibility and agility.
